We’ve spent years walking alongside people through relationships, marriage, big decisions and career changes — in our church, through our charity and in our own home. Tayo&Itee is where we share what we’ve learned, and what we’re still learning.
We’re Tayo and Itee, and we live and serve in Leeds. Between us we’ve built careers in law and in technology, founded a charity, and pastor a church — and through all of it, the conversations that have mattered most have been about people: how we love, how we choose, how we grow.
We started this space because so many of those conversations happen quietly, one to one, when they could help far more people. Here you’ll find our thoughts on relationships and marriage, the life choices that shape us, and finding purpose in our careers — all with one aim: to help you become the best version of yourself.
Tayo
Counsellor, author and technologist
Tayo is the architect of the LifeSpark360™ programme and a qualified life counsellor. He created the SPARK Method out of a conviction that self-discovery is the foundation of lasting growth, and he loves helping people navigate transition with clarity and confidence.
Professionally, he has spent more than twenty years in cybersecurity, leading identity and access programmes for organisations across the UK public and private sectors, and was featured in Yorkshire Business Insider for his work bringing cyber risk to life. He also writes fiction as O.A. Samuel — stories about law, power and the price of order — and speaks and writes regularly on technology and leadership.

Itee
Lawyer, coach and founder
Itee is the founder and driving force behind The LifeSpark Foundation, and serves as its senior LifeSpark360™ coach. Her combination of legal expertise and a passion for coaching brings rigour, clarity and genuine warmth to every conversation.
In her executive career, Itee is In-House Legal Counsel (EMEA) at Wesco/Anixter, a global supply chain solutions company, where she sits on the Inclusion and Diversity Across Borders Committee and leads professional development for its BLIPOC business resource group. She is one of the Vice Presidents of Leeds Law Society and a member of the Leeds Law School Advisory Board.
